A practical energy bar alternative for athletes or those seeking a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1 tea glass of sauced peanuts
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa

Preparation:
