Almond Date Balls

Quality is Not Found by Chance; It Requires Effort and Knowledge


Ingredients:

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 1 tea glass of almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Preparation:
Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Grind the almonds in a food processor, add the dates and other ingredients, and knead. Form small balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This recipe highlights the date, almond, and dried fruit categories.
